Jan, I can’t thank you guys at the Bluff enough for making our wedding reception so awesome!
Hard to believe in this day when it’s so hard to get good anything - but everything was PERFECT. The room looked beautiful, it was bright and cheerful, your wait staff was friendly and helpful and totally attentive and the cooks were just lots of fun to worth with. But the food…that was the best. We had the Dijon chicken and I’m not kidding - it was some of the best chicken I had ever had and corn, I mean what can you do with corn, but it was the best corn I have ever had (other than fresh off the cob in August) even the green beans were better than I had expected. Everything was hot and because of the way you have your buffet lines set up everyone was served in record time. Lots of our guests remarked on how good the food was so it wasn’t just me. I could go on and on but I don’t want to be too gushy - you’ll raise your rates. Please thank Jeff also for coming in early to set up the computer/slide projector for us...he handled it like a pro. Please thank all your staff for me - they were the best. I wish I had more children who were getting married I would have all of our receptions at The Bluff.
